- Microphone: allow tonestro to use it in your device settings, and keep it free of cases and stands.
- Backing music: wear headphones, ideally wired, so the microphone only hears you.
- Tune again once your instrument has warmed up.
- The right instrument: check it under Profile → Settings → Change instrument. For some, the exact variant matters, such as a tuba in B♭/C or F/E♭.
- Timing off? Bluetooth headphones can delay the sound. Use wired headphones instead. If you want to keep using Bluetooth, adjust the Bluetooth audio delay in the settings of the lesson or song.
