Questions about the Family Plan
What is the tonestro Family Plan?
One subscription for up to six people: you and up to five family members. Everyone learns their own instrument with their own account and progress.
Which instruments are included?
All of them: piano, violin, saxophone, cello, guitar, trumpet, flute, clarinet, trombone, recorder, horn, euphonium and tuba. Piano and guitar run on iPhone and iPad.
Can everyone in the family learn a different instrument?
Yes. Everyone picks their own instrument and has their own progress.
How do family members join?
Share the invite code from your profile, or the invitation link. Your family members install tonestro, finish the short onboarding without buying anything and enter the code under Profile → Settings → Join Family.
How is the Family Plan different from the standard plan?
The standard plan covers one instrument in the app where you bought it. The Family Plan covers up to six people and every instrument.
Do I need to know music to help my child?
No. tonestro listens to every note and shows what is right and what to practice again, so you can simply play along or listen.
Can we try tonestro first?
Yes. tonestro starts with 7 days free on the yearly plan. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you won’t be charged. You can cancel in the app under Profile → Settings → Manage Subscription.
