You can delete your account in the tonestro app under Profile → Settings → Delete User. If you can't use the app, write to us and we'll delete it for you. Deleting doesn't end your subscription, so cancel it first. Without the app: email support@tonestro.com and ask us to delete your account. We reply within one month at the latest. Your subscription doesn't end when you delete your account. Cancel it first under Profile → Settings → Manage Subscription, or in your App Store or Google Play account. Your data: we delete your account and your personal data in line with the GDPR. Data we must keep by law is deleted once that obligation ends, as our privacy policy explains.
